Refund Policy Statement

 

At LION Culture, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences for all participants of the Leadership and Management Course. In the event that circumstances require a refund, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Refund Eligibility:

 

Course Cancellation. If LION Culture cancels the Leadership and Management Course for any reason, participants are entitled to a full refund of the course fees paid.

 

Participant Withdrawal. Participants who withdraw from the course before the commencement date may be eligible for a refund based on the following conditions:

 

• Full refund: Withdrawal requests received within 14 days of payment and before the course start date.
• Partial refund: Withdrawal requests received after 14 days of paying but not after the course start date.

 

Quality Issues. In cases where a participant expresses dissatisfaction with the quality of the course or delivery, a partial refund may be considered after a thorough review and assessment by LION Culture management team.

 

Refund Process:

 

Request Submission. To request a refund, participants must submit a written refund request to LION Culture refund department. 

 

Review and Approval. Refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and eligibility will be determined based on the refund policy criteria outlined above.

 

Refund Disbursement. Approved refunds will be processed within three business days of the refund request approval and will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

 

Non-Refundable Fees. Certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable and will be clearly communicated to participants at the time of enrolment.

 

Exceptions. Exceptions to the refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, subject to the discretion of LION Culture Ltd.
