Joseph Fleming is a distinguished military Officer with an impressive 25-year career marked by remarkable achievements. Enlisting in the Military at the tender age of 19, he quickly ascended the ranks to become one of the youngest Platoon Sergeants, showcasing exceptional leadership abilities. Joseph's operational assignments in challenging environments such as Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan underscore his resilience and strategic acumen.

In 2019, Joseph's leadership prowess led to his appointment as the Regimental Sergeant Major of the Specialized Infantry.
