Joseph Fleming
Joseph Fleming is a distinguished military Officer with an impressive 25-year career marked by remarkable achievements. Enlisting in the Military at the tender age of 19, he quickly ascended the ranks to become one of the youngest Platoon Sergeants, showcasing exceptional leadership abilities. Joseph's operational assignments in challenging environments such as Northern Ireland, Iraq, and Afghanistan underscore his resilience and strategic acumen.
In 2019, Joseph's leadership prowess led to his appointment as the Regimental Sergeant Major of the Specialized Infantry. During his tenure, he initiated the LION Culture leadership program, an innovative effort that received extensive praise from the military. His exceptional contributions were recognised with prestigious military award, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader.
With future education at the prestigious Sandhurst Acadamy Joseph was commissioned and promoted to the rank of Captain. In this role, he excelled as a training and welfare officer at the RANGER Regiment, providing crucial support to both soldiers and their families during overseas operations. Known for his dedication to developing individuals, Joseph's impact extends beyond the military.
Currently serving with the Northwest Officer Training Regiment, Joseph plays a pivotal role in mentoring university students as they navigate their path to becoming potential Officers of the future. His commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth has been a hallmark of his illustrious career, with LION Culture serving as a cornerstone in his mission to empower and educate others to thrive in life and leadership.

Michael Knox
Michael Knox brings 24 years of dedicated service in the British Army, excelling in demanding environments, including overseas military combat operations. His expertise in team-building and goal attainment is evident as he not only led leadership training for aspiring Army Officers but also provided mentorship and managed infantry unit operations comprehensively.
Michael's proficiency in strategic planning and project management shines through his successful track record, particularly in challenging combat scenarios. With qualifications in leadership, health and safety, and facilities management, he effectively navigates complex systems.
