At LION Culture, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences for all participants enrolled in our Leadership and Management Course. To ensure fairness and transparency in the event a refund is needed, we have established the following refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
Course Cancellation
If LION Culture cancels the Leadership and Management Course for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any course fees already paid.
Participant Withdrawal
Participants who choose to withdraw from the course before the course start date may be eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
Full Refund: Available if the withdrawal request is submitted within 14 days of payment and prior to the course start date.
Partial Refund: May be granted if the request is submitted after 14 days of payment, but still before the course start date.
Quality Concerns
If a participant expresses dissatisfaction with the quality of the course or its delivery, a partial refund may be considered. Such requests will undergo a full review and assessment by the LION Culture management team to determine eligibility.
Refund Process
Request Submission
To initiate a refund request, participants must submit a written request to the LION Culture refund department. Clear documentation of the reason for the request should be included.
Review and Approval
Each refund request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy. Eligibility will be determined based on the criteria outlined in the sections above.
Refund Disbursement
Once approved, refunds will be processed within three business days of the approval date. Refunds will typically be issued through the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative charges, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated and communicated to participants at the time of enrollment.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this refund policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially in the case of extenuating circumstances. Final decisions in such matters are at the discretion of LION Culture Ltd.
